Hello.  Thank you for coming to my site.  And I am so happy that you are taking this brave step to healing and living a life of meaning.  I have been working in the counseling profession in
central Kentucky since 2002. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to honor themselves, and to incorporate their unique experiences into a fulfilling and purposeful life. I have worked with a very diverse population of clients, and am humbled by human resilience.

I have extensive experience working with a number of client concerns including PTSD, depression, anxiety,  chronic pain, intimate partner violence, infertility, parenting issues and concerns, survivors of adverse childhood experiences, survivors of rape or sexual assault, college student concerns, and LGBTQIA+ concerns and issues. I am a Certified Trauma Professional through the International Association of Trauma Professionals.

I dedicate myself to each client. No two clients are the same, and the approach to counseling will be different for each. Clients will be included in the process of creating a path that will serve each client's own worldview. Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Empowerment, Relaxation Training, Stress Reduction Techniques, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bibliotherapy, and Journaling are some examples a client may engage in on their healing path.

I strive to bring sincerity and genuineness to all people. I will listen to your story, and will walk with you on your path of personal empowerment and healing.   All parts of you are honored and accepted.  I am happy to answer any questions you have about therapy, techniques, and myself.
